St. John's-bound power forward Norvel Pelle scored 14 points and grabbed 15 rebounds in his first game for L.A. Price on Monday, a 66-57 win over Compton.

Pelle sat out all of last season after transferring to Price from Compton Dominquez, according to the L.A. Times.

Colorado recruit Askia Booker led Price witn 16 points.
